Friday is my favourite day of the week and I bet Friday is a favourite too amongst many of you.

I find I do my best work on a Friday whether that be sales planning for the week, month, or quarter ahead, or completing sales proposals and preparing the sales proposal for presenting to the client, or better still closing the sale to round out the week.

I also dedicate 17% of my working week to mentoring sales leaders and sales people developing their career into sales leadership. Most of my mentoring is done on a Friday and aligns well with doing my best work on a Friday and coaching my mentees to develop and improve doing their best work.
