Don't just celebrate it. Study it. Too many salespeople celebrate hitting quota and immediately move on to the next month.

    

The best sales professionals do something different.

They review what actually created the result.

Was it because you:

  • Prospected consistently?
  • Qualified opportunities properly?
  • Built relationships with multiple decision-makers?
  • Managed your pipeline every week?
  • Asked better questions?
  • Followed a repeatable sales process?
  • Had the courage to ask for the business?

Success rarely happens by accident.

It leaves clues.

If you can identify the behaviours that produced your best month, quarter or year, you can repeat them.

If you can't explain why you succeeded, there's a good chance you'll struggle to repeat it.

As sales leaders, our job isn't simply to celebrate success.

It's to understand it.

Because today's wins become tomorrow's playbook.

Congratulations to everyone who has recently achieved their sales targets.

Take time to celebrate.

Then spend even more time understanding what made it happen.

That's how good salespeople become great ones.
